Ability: Allows the user to see into the future, but only what has been decided. It is incredibly hard to surprise this supra. It is quite easy to advance in this vire though
Levels:
Dormant: The user can "sense" a nearby person's to-be decisions. He/she gets flashes of the scene that is to become
Awakened: The user can see the to be decisions of people she knows from farther away, as well as near her. She gets small scenes in her mind, giving her a far off look while she watches it
Adept: The user can see the to be decisions of people she knows from a distance, as well as those she doesn't know closer. She gets small scenes in her mind, giving her a far off look while she watches it
Advanced: User can see the to-be made decisions of people she knows from any distance at all, as well as those she doesn't know farther than the adept level. She gets scenes in her mind, giving her a far off look while she watches it
Mastered: User can see the to-be made decisions of anyone from a fairly large radius, as well as those she knows from any distance. She gets scenes in her mind, giving her a far off look while she watches it

Weaknesses: User cannot see split second decisions or fast changes of mind, so it is basically useless in a fight
